Sailboat rental with a skipper — the party is yours, the sailing is the skipper's
No license needed, and completely safe: a professional skipper brings the qualification, the responsibility and the local know-how. All you and your group need to know is where the champagne is and which bay is good for anchoring. On johajot.hu a skipper typically costs HUF 12,000–35,000 per day, on top of the daily boat fee.

- A renter with no license: if no one in the group holds a valid inland boat operator's license.
- Drinking alcohol: whoever is steering the sailboat may NOT drink — if the group wants to party, a skipper is mandatory.
- Owner's requirement: for premium boats (worth over HUF 20 million) many owners only allow a rental with a skipper.
- Weather: in stronger wind (20+ knots) owners often require a skipper for inexperienced renters.
What do you get with a skipper?
The skipper knows which bay has deep water, where you can anchor, and which restaurant you can moor at for dinner.
If a storm warning comes in, they decide in favor of safety, and your only responsibility is keeping your life jacket on.
You can drink, dance, take photos — nobody's going to spoil the sailing.
